For close to two decades, Carol has worked on over 30 special events in three international cities, London, Miami and Philadelphia, bringing creativity, hands-on-expertise, and advanced non-profit event management skills to the table.

As a seasoned arts professional, Carol has traveled extensively to represent events in Europe, Asia and North America. In addition, she has served on the Jury's of Frameline Film Festival (San Francisco), Iris Film Festival (Cardiff, Wales) and the Miami Short Film Festival. She has also been recognized for her work and contribution to the LGBTQ community of South Florida by OutShine Film Festival, Aqua Foundation for Women and the Mayor and Commissioners of the City of Miami Beach

Carol earned a Master’s in Business Design & Arts Leadership from Savannah College of Art and Design; a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Media Communications from Goldsmiths College, University of London; and a Postgraduate Diploma in Camera/Lighting for Film and Television from the University of Leeds, Northern School of Film & Television.
